15-Day Money Back Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. You can return the product for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Please note: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with the tag intact and the certification card.

Lifetime Exchange & Buyback

We offer valid Lifetime Exchange and Buyback on all purchases made from Online Munim Sales Team:

• Gold Jewellery: 100% exchange value of gold weight at current market rate.
• Diamond Jewellery: 100% exchange value of gold and 90% of diamond value at current prevailing rates.
• Polki/Kundan: 80% exchange value.

*Buyback Policy: Cash refunds will be 90% of the exchange value.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Call our customer care at +91 1800 123 4567 or email care@lovelyjewellery.in.
2. Our logistics partner will pick up the package from your doorstep (free of cost).
3. Once received and quality checked, the refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Exceptions

Customized jewellery (including personalized engravings) and Gold Coins are eligible for Lifetime Exchange but not for the 15-Day Money Back refund.
